Description
The True TFP-72-30M-D-2-HC is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling and a stainless steel insulated cover for durability. The unit includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board, providing ample workspace. Equipped with two solid hinged doors and two drawers, each drawer can accommodate one 12" x 20" x 6"D pan along with three 1/9 size or six 1/6 size pans, offering versatile storage options (pans not included). The unit also comes with four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable organization. This model includes thirty 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top, ensuring easy access to ingredients. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior featuring a stainless steel floor, it combines strength with easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 2-1/2" castors, while the 1/3 HP compressor operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 5.1 amps.
