The True TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal temperature control for food safety. It includes (30) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The SPEC Package 3 enhances functionality with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board, perfect for efficient food prep. The unit is equipped with (6) secure drawers, each designed to hold (1) 12" x 20" x 6"D pan and can accommodate (3) 1/9 size or (6) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans per drawer (pans not included). Digital temperature control and display allow for precise monitoring, while the durable stainless steel construction—front, sides, back, liner, and floor with coved corners—ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on 2-1/2" castors for mobility. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.1 amp draw.
