The True TFP-72-30M-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal temperature control for food safety. It accommodates up to thirty 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, making it ideal for a variety of ingredients. Key features include a stainless steel insulated cover that maintains temperature, an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board for efficient food prep, and three secure doors with locks for added security. The unit is equipped with six gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, allowing for customizable storage options. Digital temperature control and display provide precise monitoring, while the durable stainless steel front, sides, back, liner, and floor with coved corners ensure easy cleaning and longevity.
