It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling and a stainless steel insulated cover for durability. The unit includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board, providing ample workspace. Equipped with three solid hinged doors, it offers easy access to ingredients stored within. The interior boasts six PVC-coated adjustable shelves, allowing for customizable storage options. The unit comes with thirty 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for convenient ingredient organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The stainless steel floor enhances hygiene and durability. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2" castors. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 5.1 amps.
