Description
The True TPP-AT-119D-4-HC Refrigerated Counter Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. It features a temperature range of 33 - 41°F for optimal food preservation. The stainless steel cover ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the 19-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. This unit includes two full doors and four drawers, accommodating up to two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). It comes equipped with four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. The package includes fifteen 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy ingredient organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, this prep table is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. The front-breathing design allows for versatile placement, and it operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. With a powerful 3/4 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 7.1 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
