This SPEC SERIES® model features a stainless steel cover and a pan rail that maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh. The 19-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with eight secure drawers, this unit accommodates two 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans (not included) and includes fifteen 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy organization. The stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners, enhance durability and ease of cleaning. Designed for front breathing, this pizza prep table utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a powerful 3/4 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 7.1 amp draw and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
