This SPEC SERIES® model features a stainless steel cover and a pan rail that maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. The 19-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Equipped with two secure drawers that accommodate two 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans (not included), this unit includes six 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy organization of toppings. The stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners, enhance its durability and ease of cleaning. Designed for front breathing, the True TPP-AT-44D-2-HC~SPEC3 utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. It operates with a 1/4 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 3.9 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE certified, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
