Description
The True TPP-AT-60D-2-HC Refrigerated Counter Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in any commercial kitchen. It features a temperature range of 33 - 41°F for optimal food preservation. The stainless steel cover ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the 19-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. This unit includes one full door and two drawers, accommodating up to two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). It comes equipped with two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. The package includes eight 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy ingredient organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, this prep table is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The front-breathing design allows for versatile placement in your kitchen. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, it operates efficiently at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.9 amps.
