Description
The True TPP-AT-67D-4-HC~SPEC3 is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and durability. This SPEC SERIES® model features a stainless steel cover and a pan rail that maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. The 19-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. Equipped with four secure drawers, this unit accommodates two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included) and includes nine 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy ingredient organization. The stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners, ensure easy cleaning and longevity. Designed for front breathing, the unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/4 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 3.9 amp draw and features a NEMA 5-15P plug.
