Description
The True TPP-AT2-93D-2-HC Refrigerated Counter Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. It features a temperature range of 33 - 41°F for optimal food preservation. The stainless steel cover ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the 19-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. This unit includes two full doors and two drawers, accommodating up to two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). It comes equipped with four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. The package includes twelve 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy ingredient organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, along with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, this prep table is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. The front-breathing design allows for versatile placement, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant ensures eco-friendly operation.
