Description
The True TSSU-36-15M-B-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. It features a mega top design with (15) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, allowing for efficient ingredient organization and easy access. The stainless steel insulated cover ensures optimal temperature retention, while the 8-7/8"D cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, and sides, this unit also includes an aluminum back and interior, along with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. The (2) full doors grant convenient access to the interior, which is equipped with (4) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. Powered by an energy-efficient R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, the True TSSU-36-15M-B-HC operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.5 amp draw.
