This unit features a SPEC SERIES® design with a capacity for (12) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, making it ideal for efficient ingredient organization. The SPEC Package 3 includes a durable stainless steel insulated cover and an 11-3/4"D cutting board for convenient food prep. Equipped with (2) full doors that come with locks for added security, this unit also offers (4) gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. The digital temperature control and display ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel front, sides, and back provide durability and easy maintenance. The stainless steel interior liner and floor with coved corners facilitate easy cleaning. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 5.8 amps. It is NEMA 5-15P compliant and has been cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
