It also includes two drawers, each capable of accommodating a 12" x 18" x 6" pan (not included), making it ideal for quick access to ingredients. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, the True TWT-48D-2-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation and features a 1/5 HP compressor. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.0 amp draw, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
