Description
The Turbo Air BTDO-403 is a high-performance electric deck oven designed for commercial kitchens. With dimensions of 65"W x 47"D x 77"H, it features microprocessor heating control for precise temperature management and ensures even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. This oven has a capacity for four trays across three tiers, accommodating standard tray sizes of 16” x 24”. Key features include independent top and bottom heat control for each deck, allowing for versatile cooking options. The viewing window enables easy monitoring of your dishes, while the time setting with arrow buttons simplifies operation. Safety is prioritized with an overheat protection sensor, and the rounded corners enhance both aesthetics and safety.
