It is equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration that accommodates up to 16 GN 1/6 size or 8 GN 1/3 size 6-inch deep condiment pans (pans not included). The digital temperature display on the front panel allows for precise monitoring, while the static cooling system ensures consistent temperature maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and efficient. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it combines longevity with easy cleaning. The unit operates on a 1/6 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 2 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
