This three-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-1/2"H and offers a spacious 19 cu. ft. of storage. It features self-contained refrigeration with three solid doors and three adjustable PE coated wire shelves for customizable organization. The unit accommodates up to 18 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, making it ideal for efficient ingredient storage. Equipped with two hoods and a cold air compartment, the Turbo Air EST-72-N-V ensures optimal temperature control for food freshness. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail provides ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed with stainless steel doors and an aluminum exterior, this unit is both durable and easy to clean, while the galvanized steel back and bottom enhance its longevity. Mobility is made easy with built-in casters, and the unit operates using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. Powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.5 amp draw, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
