This one-section serving counter features a front air intake and a side-mounted self-contained compressor, ensuring optimal cooling and accessibility. With dimensions of 35-3/8"W x 27-1/2"D x 28-3/4"H and a capacity of 7.5 cu. ft., it accommodates a 6-pan top opening for versatile food presentation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and back, the unit also includes a galvanized steel bottom for added strength. The interior features a stainless steel floor with aluminum side panels and door liner, promoting easy cleaning and maintenance. A stainless steel swing door with a recessed handle provides convenient access, while a PE coated wire shelf offers additional storage. The digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, and the hot gas condensate system enhances efficiency. Operating on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the JBT-36-N is eco-friendly and energy-efficient, powered by a 2/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 3.2 amps. This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
