With dimensions of 70-7/8"W x 27-1/2"D x 28-3/4"H and a spacious 18.0 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates a 15-pan top opening for versatile food presentation. Equipped with three stainless steel swing doors featuring recessed handles, the JBT-72-N provides easy access to stored items. Inside, you'll find three PE coated wire shelves that offer flexible storage options. The digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, while the stainless steel top, front, sides, and back ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom adds structural integrity, and the stainless steel interior floor with aluminum side panels and door liner enhances hygiene. This unit utilizes a hot gas condensate system and operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. Powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 6.1 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. The JBT-72-N is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
