Description
The Turbo Air MST-24S-N6 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 2.83 cu. ft. capacity. It includes a 6-pan top opening with a clear lid for easy visibility and access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with a field reversible swing door and an adjustable PE coated wire shelf, providing flexibility for storage. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances workspace efficiency. Digital temperature control ensures precise temperature management, while the self-cleaning condenser minimizes maintenance efforts. The cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling, and the stainless steel top, front, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel back and bottom, along with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor, contribute to the unit's robust construction. An ABS door liner adds insulation and durability. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and fan control optimizes airflow. The unit operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, and runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.6 amp draw.
