Description
The Turbo Air PRCBE-84R-N is a high-performance refrigerated chef base designed for professional kitchens. This two-section unit measures 84"W x 33-1/2"D x 21-3/8"H and offers a generous 14.75 cu. ft. of storage space. It features four stainless steel drawers that can accommodate pans up to 6" deep, with a capacity of two full-size pans per drawer (pans not included). The unit is equipped with a digital temperature display for precise monitoring, a durable stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge to prevent spills. Its front air intake design enhances airflow efficiency, while the self-cleaning condenser and hot gas condensate system ensure optimal performance and maintenance ease. Powered by a side mount self-contained refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates at 3/8 HP and requires a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 3.8 amp draw. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation and cETLus standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen environment.
