Description
The Turbo Air PRO-26H-PF(-L) is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal performance and durability. With a spacious 25 cu. ft. capacity, it features a single solid door equipped with a secure lock for added safety. The cabinet measures 28-3/4"W x 33-7/8"D x 78"H and is built with lifetime guaranteed heavy-duty hinges and handles for long-lasting use. Digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, while LED interior lighting ensures visibility of contents. The unit includes three stainless steel wire shelves, providing ample space for proofing dough. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel top and bottom, this proofer is both robust and easy to clean. Operating at 1550 watts and 115v/60/1-ph with a 13.5 amp draw, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The Turbo Air PRO-26H-PF(-L) is ETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
