Description
The Turbo Air PRO-26H-PT is a high-performance heated cabinet designed for efficiency and durability. This pass-thru model features a spacious 26 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 28-3/4"W x 36-1/4"D x 78"H. It is equipped with two hinged self-closing full-length solid doors that include locks and a stay-open feature for easy access. The cabinet boasts lifetime guaranteed heavy-duty hinges and handles for long-lasting use. Digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments, while LED interior lighting ensures visibility of contents. The interior is constructed from stainless steel, complemented by a robust 22-gauge stainless steel exterior, with galvanized steel top and bottom for added strength. Included are three stainless steel wire shelves, providing ample storage options. The unit operates at 1550 watts on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 13.5 amps and featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is ETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, as well as Energy Star® rated, making it an efficient choice for any commercial kitchen.
