Description
The Turbo Air PRO-26H2-G-RT(-L) is a high-performance roll-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. With a spacious capacity of 44 cu. ft., it measures 34"L x 40-1/8"D x 84-1/4"H, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The cabinet features two full-length stainless steel solid doors with glass windows, ensuring visibility while maintaining optimal temperature. Equipped with self-closing doors that include a stay-open feature, this unit is built for convenience and durability, featuring lifetime guaranteed heavy-duty hinges and handles. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise adjustments within a temperature range of 140°F to 180°F. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, enhancing visibility, while the ducted fan air distribution system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel top and bottom, this cabinet is designed for longevity and easy maintenance. Additional features include a stainless steel ramp for easy loading and unloading, a power consumption of 1550 watts, and compatibility with 208-230v/115v/60/1-ph electrical systems at 7.5 amps.
