The unit features a single solid door equipped with a lock for security, and is built with lifetime guaranteed heavy-duty hinges and handles for durability. This proofer is equipped with digital temperature control for precise settings, ensuring optimal proofing conditions. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, providing excellent visibility of your products. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it also includes a galvanized steel top and bottom for added strength. The stainless steel ramp facilitates easy loading and unloading of dough racks. With a powerful output of 1550 watts, the proofer operates on 208-230v/115v, 60Hz, single-phase power, drawing 7.5 amps.
