Description
The Turbo Air PRO-26H2-RT(-L) is a high-performance roll-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. With a spacious capacity of 42 cu. ft., it features a one-section design measuring 34"L x 40-1/8"D x 84-1/4"H. The cabinet is equipped with two full-length stainless steel solid doors that are self-closing and include a stay-open feature for convenience. Built for durability, it boasts lifetime guaranteed heavy-duty hinges and handles. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management within a range of 140°F to 180°F. An LED interior lighting system enhances visibility, while the ducted fan air distribution ensures even heat throughout the cabinet. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel top and bottom, this cabinet is both robust and easy to clean. The included stainless steel ramp facilitates easy loading and unloading. Operating at 1550 watts with a voltage of 208-230v/115v/60/1-ph and drawing 7.5 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA L14-20P plug. The unit is ETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and meets Energy Star® standards (right hinged model). Proudly made in the USA.
