The exterior digital temperature controller allows for precise temperature management, while the door-open alarm ensures optimal energy efficiency. Equipped with LED interior lighting, the cabinet provides excellent visibility of stored items. The extra deep design includes two glass swing doors with convenient handles and locks for secure access. Inside, you'll find six stainless steel wire shelves that offer durability and easy cleaning. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and a robust 22-gauge stainless steel exterior, complemented by galvanized steel top and bottom, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. With a powerful 3000 watts heating element, it operates on 208-230v/115v/60/1-ph at 15 amps, featuring a NEMA L14-20P plug.
