Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-12-D2-N is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 7.0 cu. ft. of storage. With dimensions of 27-1/2"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H, it fits seamlessly into your workspace. Equipped with (12) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, this unit allows for easy access to ingredients, while (2) drawers provide additional storage for utensils and supplies. The aluminum door liner ensures durability, and the stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized bottom) offer easy cleaning and maintenance. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances prep efficiency, while the digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management. The cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling, and LED interior lighting improves visibility. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance efforts, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. With a 1/6 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 6.6 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
