The Turbo Air PST-28-12-N(-L) is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers 8.0 cu. ft. of storage space. With dimensions of 27-1/2"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H, it accommodates (12) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, ensuring ample room for ingredients. The unit includes a solid door with a lock for secure storage, an aluminum door liner for durability, and a stainless steel wire shelf for organized storage. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail provides a convenient prep area. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and the fan control optimizes airflow. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is environmentally friendly.
