Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-D2-N is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 7.0 cu.ft. capacity. Measuring 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it includes (8) 1/6 size 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. Equipped with (2) drawers and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail, this unit enhances workflow and accessibility. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, it offers durability and easy maintenance. The self-cleaning condenser reduces upkeep, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. With a 1/6 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 6.6 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
