Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N(-L) is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This PRO Series unit features front-breathing airflow, making it ideal for tight spaces. With a capacity of 6.5 cu. ft., it measures 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and includes eight 1/6 size 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. The unit is equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained compressor and a solid door with a lock for security. Its aluminum door liner and stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized bottom) ensure durability and easy cleaning. A stainless steel wire shelf provides additional storage, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances prep efficiency. The digital temperature control and monitor system, along with the cold bunker system, maintain optimal food temperatures. LED interior lighting and fan control improve visibility and energy efficiency. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendliness.
