Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-G-N(-L) is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 7.0 cu. ft. of storage. With dimensions of 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it fits seamlessly into various kitchen layouts. Equipped with eight 1/6 size 4" deep pans, this unit maximizes ingredient accessibility. The glass door, which includes a lock for security, provides easy visibility and access to stored items. A stainless steel shelf enhances organization, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail offers ample workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by a cold bunker system for optimal cooling. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, provide durability and ease of cleaning. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and fan control optimizes airflow.
