Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-N-GL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This PRO Series unit features a one-section design with a rear mount self-contained compressor, offering a spacious 7.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 27-1/2"W x 32-7/8"D x 31-3/4"H, it includes eight 1/6 size 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient organization. The unit is equipped with a solid door that locks for security, an aluminum door liner for durability, and a stainless steel shelf for added storage. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail provides ample workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to last. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and the fan control optimizes airflow. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. With a 1/6 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 6.6 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
