Description
The Turbo Air PST-28-N(-L) is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 7.0 cu. ft. of storage. With dimensions of 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it fits seamlessly into any kitchen layout. Equipped with (8) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, this prep table ensures easy access to ingredients. The solid door, which includes a lock for security, is complemented by an aluminum door liner for durability. A stainless steel wire shelf provides additional storage options, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances food prep efficiency. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures optimal cooling performance. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, offer easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and efficiency during operation.
