Description
The Turbo Air PST-36-15-N-SL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers 9 cu. ft. of storage space. With dimensions of 36-1/4"W x 34"D x 39"H, it includes a 15-pan top opening with a hood for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that come with locks for security, and an aluminum door liner for durability. Inside, you'll find two stainless steel shelves that provide ample storage options. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances prep space, while the digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management. The cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling, and the stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized bottom) ensure longevity and easy cleaning. LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and efficiency. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. Powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 6.5 amp draw and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. This product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and proudly made in the USA.
