Description
The Turbo Air PST-48-08S-N(-LW) is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it accommodates (8) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. Constructed with solid hinged swing doors that include locks for security, the unit has an aluminum door liner and two stainless steel shelves for durability and easy cleaning. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. Equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, the cold bunker system maintains optimal food temperatures. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, ensure longevity and resistance to wear. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, while the fan control optimizes airflow. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendliness. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 6.5 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
