The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D2R(L)-N-GL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit measures 48-1/4"W x 37"D x 31-3/4"H and features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser, ensuring optimal performance and reduced maintenance. With a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates (18) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, allowing for ample ingredient storage. The unit includes (2) drawers and (1) solid door for versatile access and organization. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains consistent cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and fan control optimizes airflow. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 6.5 amps.
