The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N-FL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. of storage. With dimensions of 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 32-7/8"H, it includes an 18-pan top opening with a flat lid for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with four drawers for additional storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board, providing ample workspace for food preparation. A digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling performance. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, this prep table is built for durability and easy cleaning. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.9 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug.
