Description
The Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-DS is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a dual-sided lid for easy access from both sides, enhancing workflow. With a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 48-1/4"W x 46-1/2"D x 40-5/8"H and includes an 18-pan top opening with a protective hood. Equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that lock for security, the unit has an aluminum door liner for durability. It comes with two stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and the fan control optimizes airflow. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance.
