This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity. The 18-pan top opening with hood allows for easy access to ingredients, while the solid hinged swing doors with locks ensure secure storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and galvanized bottom, this unit includes an aluminum door liner for enhanced durability. It comes equipped with two stainless steel shelves for optimal organization and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system provide precise temperature management, complemented by a cold bunker system for consistent cooling. Additional features include LED interior lighting for visibility, fan control for efficient airflow, and a self-cleaning condenser that minimizes maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates with a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 6.5 amps, ensuring energy efficiency.
