Description
The Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-GL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 36-3/4"D x 31-3/4"H, it accommodates (18) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It includes (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks for secure access, and aluminum door liners for enhanced insulation. The prep table is equipped with (2) stainless steel shelves for additional storage. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail provides a convenient workspace, while the digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management. The cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling, and the self-cleaning condenser simplifies maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. It operates on a 1/5 HP compressor with a power requirement of 115v/60/1-ph and 6.5 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and efficiency.
