Description
The Turbo Air PST-48-N is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 12.0 cu. ft. of storage. The 12-pan top opening with hood allows for easy access to ingredients, while the two solid hinged swing doors with locks ensure secure storage. Constructed with an aluminum door liner and stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is both durable and easy to clean. It includes two stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail for efficient food prep. The digital temperature control and monitor system provides precise temperature management, complemented by a cold bunker system for optimal cooling. Additional features include LED interior lighting, fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph with a 6.5 amp draw. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, the Turbo Air PST-48-N is proudly made in the USA.
