Description
The Turbo Air PST-60-08S-N(-LW) is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This PRO Series unit features a two-section design with a rear mount self-contained compressor, offering a spacious 16.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 60-1/4"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it accommodates (8) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. Constructed with durability in mind, it includes (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner for enhanced insulation. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom for added strength. It comes equipped with (2) stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board for efficient food prep. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. Additional features include LED interior lighting, fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser for easy maintenance. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 8.9 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Proudly made in the USA, this unit is an ideal addition to any commercial kitchen.
