The Turbo Air PST-60-12M-N-CL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This Mega Top unit features a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. capacity and measures 60-1/4"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes (12) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. Equipped with a rear mount self-contained compressor, this unit ensures efficient cooling and consistent temperature control. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise adjustments, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal ingredient freshness. The construction includes durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, with a galvanized bottom for added strength. The unit features (2) solid doors with locks for secure storage and aluminum door liners for enhanced insulation. Two stainless steel shelves offer additional storage options, and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides a convenient workspace. LED interior lighting enhances visibility, and the self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs. Operating on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, powered by a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph with an 8.9 amp draw.
