Description
The Turbo Air PST-60-12M-N-FCL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This Mega Top unit features a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. capacity and measures 60-1/4"W x 34"D x 33-1/8"H, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes (12) 1/6 size 4" deep pans for efficient ingredient storage. Equipped with a rear mount self-contained compressor, this unit ensures optimal cooling performance. The two solid doors come with locks for added security, while the aluminum door liner enhances durability. Inside, you'll find (2) stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board for convenient food prep. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, complemented by a cold bunker system that maintains consistent cooling. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, provide a robust and easy-to-clean surface. LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and efficiency. This unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.9 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
