This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. capacity within a two-section design, measuring 60-1/4"W x 34"D x 33-1/2"H. It accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size 4" deep pans, allowing for ample ingredient storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The solid doors come with locks for added security, while the aluminum door liner enhances insulation. Two stainless steel shelves provide additional storage options. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. A digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling. The unit is equipped with LED interior lighting and fan control for improved visibility and efficiency.
