The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by a cold bunker system for optimal ingredient preservation. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, ensure durability and easy cleaning. Additional features include LED interior lighting for visibility, fan control for consistent cooling, and a self-cleaning condenser that minimizes maintenance.
