The stainless steel top features a 24-pan opening, ideal for quick access to ingredients. Equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that include locks for security, this unit boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom for added strength. It comes with two stainless steel wire shelves for organized storage. The self-cleaning condenser ensures optimal performance and longevity, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is environmentally friendly. Powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with an 8.9 amp draw, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
