Description
The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-FL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity. The 24-pan top opening with hood allows for easy access to ingredients, while the two solid hinged swing doors with locks ensure secure storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It includes two stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system provide precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. Additional features include LED interior lighting for visibility, fan control for optimal air circulation, and a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with an 8.9 amp draw. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
