The top includes a 16-pan opening with a protective hood, allowing for easy access to ingredients. Equipped with four drawers, it provides ample space for additional storage. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail enhances workspace efficiency. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal ingredient freshness. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and it operates using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.9 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
