Description
The Turbo Air PST-72-30-D4-N-GL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 36-3/4"D x 31-3/4"H and features a spacious capacity of 23.0 cu. ft., accommodating up to (30) 1/6 size 4" deep pans for versatile food storage. Equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system and a self-cleaning condenser, this unit ensures optimal cooling performance and reduced maintenance. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains consistent temperatures for food safety. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, provide durability and ease of cleaning. Additional features include (4) drawers for extra storage, a 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail for food prep, and a powerful 3/8 HP compressor operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 9.9 amps. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
